Emmanuel Kitamirike is the Acting Principal Planning Officer in the Department of Planning and Development at Makerere University. Over the last two years, He has provided technical support towards the University’s statutory planning and reporting functions. In addition, Emmanuel is charged with overseeing the University’s Endowment Fund and providing technical support to the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Finance and Administration.
