Mr. Barnabas Tumusingize is an Advocate of the High Court and a Financial Services Sector Practitioner with S&L Advocates He heads the team at S&L Advocates, which advises 12 commercial banks in Uganda. He is also retained as legal counsel by the region’s two leading development banks. Mr. Tumusingize possesses considerable experience and expertise in disputes work. His disputes practice covers: banking and financial law, construction, commercial contracts, insurance, telecommunications and regulatory affairs. He is a member of several professional bodies including; the International Bar Association, the East Africa Law Society and the Uganda Law Society
