Prof. Maggie Kigozi is a Medical Doctor by training and has practiced medicine in Uganda, Kenya and Zambia. Over the last forty years, Prof. Maggie has transcended medicine to Business, Education, Sports and public investment. She was a shareholder Director Marketing and Public Relations at Crown Bottlers (Pepsi). In 1999, she was appointed Executive Director of the Uganda Investment Authority, where she promoted and facilitated investments worth over $ 14 billion. She has and continues to serve on several Boards including; the Trustee Shell Foundation UK, Africa Scout Foundation, Akina Mama Wa Africa, Private Sector Foundation Uganda, NCBA Bank as a Non Executive Director and she is a Fellow of the Uganda National Academy of Science.
